Register nowOur starting point for 2026
The world our students are growing into is being reshaped by AI faster than we are rethinking how we prepare them for it.
We can’t predict the jobs our students will hold. But we can prepare the people who will hold them. Grounded in knowledge, ready in skill, clear in values, and sure of who they are.
Bridge the Gap 2026 brings school leaders, educators, employers and young people into one conversation. It moves from the problem to what schools can do now, organised around four things school still owes every student: knowledge, skills, values and identity.
Agenda
The programme moves from the problem to the response, with a youth roundtable at its centre.
